DTE’s Train of Four team had the privilege of attending the Biomedical Engineering Society’s annual international conference in Seattle. Aditya Jithesh, Daniel Urbonas, and Nishant Naruguru competed in the Student Design Competition sponsored by Medtronic.
The team was selected as 1 of 12 total finalists and 1 of 3 finalists in their thread. Attending the conference was an amazing experience and their status as finalist among the numerous applications across the globe shows the potential of the medical device that they presented.
